The Rosca de Reyes

The Rosca de Reyes is a ring-shaped sweet bread that is traditionally eaten on January 6th. The bread is decorated with fruit or icing that usually varies in three colors: red, green, and white. Figs, quinces, cherries or dried and candied fruits are used as decoration. Traditionally, there is a hidden doll inside the bread.
